Letting Agents FAQs

Who will be living in the property?

We work with local businesses to accommodate their directors and staff in our properties.

Isn't this subletting?

No. Subletting is illegal! An individual cannot rent a property to another individual. We take properties on as a company let with the correct legal contracts and the landlord's consent.
